About VoiceCosmos
VoiceCosmos builds ARIA, a Voice OS for independent and boutique hotels: what you speak is what you get. A guest or the hotel’s team speaks; ARIA works in the hotel’s own systems and records every action — who asked, what she did, which rule allowed it, and the system’s answer. The first workflow is after-hours reservation recovery, offered as a 90-day pilot, starting in German-speaking countries. Restaurants, spa and events follow.
